Chris Moyles is joining the cast of I'm A Celeb 2022 and friend of the show Vernon Kay called in to offer his insight and advice.
The former Radio X DJ starred in the reality TV show back in 2020 and shared some of his most memorable experiences from the series as well as what Chris would be experiencing in isolation.
Speaking to Toby Tarrant, who's standing in for Chris while he's away, the presenter recalled: "From my experience, I was in a beautiful farmhouse in Anglesey in North Wales and I was on my own, but because I'm A Celebrity is a huge TV production, you can't really get around how big it is. There's someone to do everything. So I had a nurse come round and do my COVID test, because it was during the pandemic, I had someone come and delver me food, my drink if I wanted some booze..."
He added: "I was doing runs every day with the Royal Marine security guard who was looking after us. We were larking around doing some fitness. I took my golf clubs [...] I was having the time of my life.
"So hopefully Chris is having the same experience, because I think they're only isolating for about a week, but what you can't get your head around is you think that the show starts on Sunday, but it doesn't. They actually drag you out on Friday and that's when they start filming. It comes to you as a bit of a shock..."

Responding to the fact that Chris was slated for 'demanding' a peloton bike during his stay ahead of the show, Vernon said: "Demands? Are you kidding me? I had a full on gym, I had absolute 5G wifi. I had steak, fish, the best food ever and he got absolutely battered for wanting a cycling machine!
"I had a cycling machine and a rowing machine. I had 400kgs worth of weights. I had dumbbells, barbells, everything. I had an X-box, I had a (digital video recorder) TiVO. You name it. I went all-in!"
Vernon also revealed that Chris would be allowed to video chat with his family during isolation.
He added: "Those precious phone calls with the family. Those are the ones that really matter to you before you go and get your lips around a sheep's willy."

Asked how he thinks Chris would get on in the Jungle, he said: "Well, it's quite funny really, because he built a career on being a shock jock and being a lad [...]. but actually he's not. He's like the sweetest bloke ever and I think the most important thing and the best piece of advice was from [EastEnders star] Shane Richie."
He explained: "When we jumped off the edge of that cliff, Shane Richie - who is a god by the way - he gathered us around in a huddle before we came to get changed in our camp gear and he said listen, 'If anyone's got a plan, If anyone's got any ideas of being someone that they're not, If you wanna be or create something on this TV show in the next three weeks, don't because you'll get found out and it won't be a true representation of yourself and you'll actually look quite foolish.'
"So I said to Chris,: 'Just go in there and be yourself. Just play you versus the Jungle. Instead of you trying to take the Jungle on your shoulders, just let the Jungle come to you and you face everything that they give you and just enjoy it."
On this year's cast, he added: "I think we're in for a treat with this casting, because there are a few people in there that could get quite fiery".
Chris Moyles has a message from I'm A Celeb isolation
Asked about one of his trials, which involved having Castle Critters poured all over him, he said: "Yeah that was disgusting, because you know you're going to get critters, thrown on you but it's the smell. The smell of the cockroach is the absolutely worst thing."
As for the eating challenges, Vernon recalled: "When I ate my first deer testicle, it popped and it went all over my face and I thought, 'oh my gosh I'm going to look like a wedding cake here'."
He continued: "I thought I was covered in baby Bambi, so as soon as that vision went into my head, I am absolutely yacking all over the place and Ant and Dec are crying laughing!"
