This year, Chris celebrated his birthday in the highest pub in Britain, complete with an Oasis tribute band and some VERY special guests...

On Tuesday 22nd January, we celebrated Chris Moyles' birthday in our traditional, extravagant style... by coming LIVE from the highest pub in Great Britain!

Back in November, customers the Tan Hill Inn, sat atop the Yorkshire Dales, were snowed in for three days with only an Oasis tribute band for company.

On Tuesday, Chris, Dominic, Pippa, James and the rest of the team put on their hiking boots to organise a grand reunion of Tan Hill Inn staff and the now-legendary Noasis.

The party started early, with Chris staying up with revellers the night before. Some were more keen for Chris to pull an all-nighter than others!

Dom, Pippa and "little James Robinson" were of course in tow for the show, looking chipper, despite nursing sore heads from the night before.

Noasis, the Oasis tribute band who were originally snowed in at the pub last year, returned to play not one, but TWO medleys of hits from the Manchester band, which included Roll With It, Live Forever, Half The World Away, She's Electric and Rock 'N' Roll Star.

Liam Gallagher also led the surprise tributes to Moyles, alongside video messages from Stereophonics and Happy Mondays legend Shaun Ryder.

Chris even showed off some of his rather impressive drumming skills... even if he can only just play the intro to two songs!

And it wouldn't be a birthday without a very special birthday cake. Too bad the one that James brought all the way from Leicester Square ended up being damaged in transit. Luckily the team at the Tam Hill Inn came to the rescue for what was a sparkling finish to an epic birthday show!
